Warm hospitality awaits you at Edges Mill Inn B&B, a beautifully restored 18th century Federal-Style Farmhouse situated on 11 acres in beautiful Chester County, PA. Guests are invited to relax and quiet their minds as they try to imagine a time long ago when life was filled with grace and beauty. Unlike traditional hotels, motels, and many B&Bs, guests at Edges Mill are welcome to sip early morning coffee on our big, old-fashioned garden porch while soothing fountain sounds relax their body and mind. Or, just kick off your shoes, relax, and take a step back in time in one of our many common rooms, which include the Parlor, Music Room, Library, TV Room, Dining room and Kitchen, creating the feeling of a home away from home. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor, providing our guests with as much privacy as possible in this intimate setting.

Conveniently located just one and a half miles from Downingtown Proper and Train Station (Business Rt. 30, we offer train pick-up for a very nominal charge). Eleven Acres of Country Private Property, yet conveniently close to major roadways
(Horseshoe Pike / 322 & Rt.30 Bypass) which lead to;
