Wedgwood Inn is spelled Wedgwood, not 'Wedgewood' because Wedgwood Inn is named after the Englishman Josiah Wedgwood who invented the famous Wedgwood blue bone china. The Wedgwood family name does not have a second "e" in its spelling.
